Mobile App Tester

We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Mobile App tester (knowledge of the piano is a big plug) to join our team. This role is pivotal in testing our flagship product, Simpia: Learn Piano Fast with AI, our key innovative app that leverages state-of-the-art technology to personalize learning, providing users with an immersive and impactful musical journey while helping them learn and play any song they love.

Objectives

• Be a key member in accepting new features from our innovative AI Music Edtech product, ensuring streamlined processes for worldwide optimized releases.
• Ensure the highest standards of product quality and functionality through rigorous testing and assessments, contributing to an exceptional user experience, and facilitating seamless product enhancements.

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive quality control assessments of Simpia: Piano's learning app features, functionalities, and content.
• Create, execute, and maintain detailed test plans and test cases to validate software enhancements and updates.
• Collaborate closely with development and product teams to understand feature requirements and provide feedback on usability and functionality.
• Work proactively to identify potential areas of improvement in the app's usability, AI performance, and user experience.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process by suggesting best practices, tools, and methodologies.
