・Those who have experience in developing and operating XR/virtual space and 3D games using Unity
・Those who have any development experience from planning to implementation of online events, virtual events, AR / VR / MR applications
・Able to communicate smoothly with related internal and external sections while making accurate situational judgments
・Good at multitasking
・A sense of responsibility to complete deliverables / event implementation properly to the end

・Those who have experience in launching a new business
・Those who understand the development requirements, processes, and mechanisms in 3D production
・ Those who have experience in development / production direction, budget / schedule management, etc.
・Those who have experience in developing metaverse platforms such as VR chat and online games such as Roblox and Fortnite
・Those who have development experience using cloud environments such as AWS and Azure
・Those who have work experience at Japanese company
・Those who hold N2 or higher (Japanese-Language Proficiency Test)
