[Nha Trang] IT Support/ IT Helpdesk

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled IT Support to join our IT Team in Nha Trang, Vietnam. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance, support, and advice to end-users for hardware, software, and systems-related issues. The IT Support will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company's IT infrastructure.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Fresh graduate or 1 - 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Hold a CCNA or MCSA certification is an advantage.

• Monitor and maintain records of all hardware items, such as computers, servers, routers, switches, tools, and other equipment.
• Gather and analyze data to diagnose problems with computer systems.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components to ensure the efficient operations of computer systems.
• Resolve IT support requests from employees.
• Generate sign ins for new hires during onboarding process.   
• Update employees on the status of their service requests.
• Log all service requests and update tickets as needed.
• Update IT reports, labeling and manage IT assets.
• Ensure the proper functioning of printers, scanners, and other office equipment by regular maintenance.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and security protocols.
