- Monitor and actively engage with and address player comments, questions, and feedback across Steam forums, Store reviews, Discord, Reddit, etc.
- Cultivate a safe, welcoming and lively community environment by quickly responding to inquiries, clarifying misunderstandings, and encouraging constructive conversations about our games.
- Promptly and accurately relay important updates, including sales, game patches, and announcements, to the community.
- Regularly update the production team on the community's sentiments, feedback, and points needing attention.
- Ensure that community-centric content sources such as guides, FAQs and wikis are up to date.
- Coordinate or execute relevant content marketing efforts with the production team to support monthly and important marketing beats (launch, early access, sales, etc).
- Prepare quarterly reports related to community growth and sentiments.

- Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to details.
- Strong community engagement skills, adept at fostering and nurturing online relationships.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with community-driven and social media platforms like Discord, Twitter, Tiktok and Reddit.
- Passion for and knowledge of the video game industry. Familiarity with VR games is a huge bonus.
- Love for playing a broad spectrum of video games.
- Excellent communication and networking skills, particularly online.
- Strong second-level thinking skills.
- Effective in multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative, sensible and shows genuine initiative in contributing ideas.
- Bonus Skills: Basic Graphics Design or Video-editing skills, or experience in creating content for Social Media.
