For Lead level:
● Supervise and lead a team of NOC operators, provide guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient Production environmental monitoring and incident response
● Oversee the monitoring of servers and services to proactively identify and address potential issues, including application outages and performance degradation
● Lead incident response efforts, coordinate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents, including communicating critical issues to management and stakeholders
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of operational procedures and incident response protocols
● Organize and schedule the shifts to ensure 24x7x365 coverage and manage shift handovers effectively
● Generate regular reports on performance, incidents, and operational metrics to inform management and make data-driven decisions
For Member level:
● Monitor all games and systems using the provided dashboards
● Periodically execute test plans on the production environment to validate system health
● Evaluate issues reported by Customer Support
● Alert on any abnormality detected in the system
● Follow escalation protocols for Product Owners/ Developers.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
The team leader: The working time is from 9 am - 6 pm, from Monday to Friday. However, the Lead should also be available to support the team's urgent issues in other shifts.
The team members: The candidates will join a 24x7x365 shift team with varying shifts as below (including a 1-hour break):
● Morning shift: 6 am - 3 pm
● Afternoon shift: 2 pm - 11 pm
● Night shift: 10 pm - 7 am
Total working time: 5 shifts/week
The team members' working shifts can be flexible and may be swapped frequently among team members. It is essential for the team to arrange and balance to ensure the available resources during weekends and holidays.
QUALIFICATIONS
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Good in English verbal and written.
● Logical and analytical skills.
● Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
● Passionately detail-oriented and methodical.
● Background in sciences, engineering, and software engineering is a plus.
For Lead level:
● Strong technical background in network and systems administration.
● Leadership and supervisory experience, including team management.
