- Operate customer's environments using predefined procedures
- Detect and classify issues based on severity
- Mitigate issues when mitigation processes are available
- Escalate issues not covered by procedures and follow up until resolution
- Report abnormal events during your shift
- Share 24/7 rotation with the team
- Ensure company principles are enforced within the team
- Propose new procedures and participate in their documentation
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Fresh graduate with major in IT are welcome
- English TOEIC 700 or equivalent
- Ability to thoroughly follow the procedures
- Ability to quickly provide a summary of the facts
- Ability to share the workload with team members
- Experience in production environment is a plus
