- Collaborate with executive management to align technology strategy with business goals.
- Lead and mentor the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Manage the technology budget and resources effectively to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Evaluate and recommend technology platforms, tools, and partnerships to enhance the company's technical capabilities.
- Drive the company's intellectual property strategy and ensure the protection of proprietary technology.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and cybersecurity plans to safeguard company data and assets.
- Other tasks assigned by CEO.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- 5+ YOEs as Chief Technology Officer or similar role.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology strategies with overall company objectives.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in managing and leading diverse technology teams.
- In-depth knowledge of software development, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Understanding of intellectual property and data security.
