Operations Transformation Senior Executive (Team Data & Automation)

Education & Experience- Bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following fields: Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Economics, Mathematics - Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Management Information Systems.- Minimum of 03 years of experience in analyzing needs and developing systems, analyzing data, and implementing/building management reports in the financial - banking - insurance industry using tools such as Power BI and others.- Deep understanding of Life Insurance processes and systems is preferable.- Have experience in project management (Project Owner role)Technical Skills:- Proficient in using statistical software/modeling/building data management: SPSS, SQL, Oracle, R, Python, etc.- Good data processing skills (Excel, Access...)- Proficient in drafting documents and procedures- Negotiation skills, good presentation skills- Planning and time management skills- Analytical and problem-solving skillsSoft Skills:- Teamwork skills- Good English communication (spoken and written)- Mandatory self-learning and research abilityPersonal Attributes:- Positive working attitude- Result-oriented- Able to work independently with a high level of responsibility.CHALLENGES- Multitasking projects, enhancements, and production issues concurrently- Working in high-pressure situations
