Job Description
As a PO/ PM (Module EC, GAME, Multi-level Marketing), you are responsible for the following task:
- Understanding and anticipating the needs and desires of prospective customers and users and transforming them into product requirements
- Establishing the vision and strategy for the product
- Developing a product road map that supports this vision
- Organizing and prioritizing the product backlog based on changing needs
- Supervising the whole product creation process from design to launch
- Writing user stories that outline the product functionality and value
- Measuring and assessing the product progress at each phase of the development
- Interacting with the product team and end-users to share updates and insights

Requirements
- Have at least 3 experienced in Product Owner/ Business Analyst Lead
- Excellent in business and economic mindsets and have basic understanding of Tech
- Or Excellent in Tech and have experience in doing start up
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Graduated from TOP University in Technology, Economics,...
- Good knowledge of English both written and spoken (Equivalent to IELTS 6.0)
- Strong leadership skills, team-management skills and have an eye for detail.
- Have passion in Metaverse/Blockchain/GameFi
- For PO/PM EC: Must have operated 1 product on shopify, used to work with Shopify Partner account
- For PO/ PM MLM: Have experience in working with MLM system, operations (binary tree, Affiliate)
- For PO/PM Game: Have experience in Gamefi/ Game NFT
Personality Requirements:
- Hard working, responsible, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and teamwork, can work under high pressure.
- Ready to work overtime.
