JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead the design of web and mobile platforms for DeFi and Web3 products
• Collaborate with teams across different departments to prioritize product features.
• If possible, conduct research and usability testing to make informed design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design solutions effectively.
• Simplify requirements, develop concepts, and translate them into user flows, mock-ups, and prototypes with cutting-edge interactions.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in design and technology.
• Help shape the design culture of a growing team through writing, external communication, and new processes.
• Work with the design team to improve design processes, principles, and tooling.
