- A long with the sales staff to visit the target customers, collect research customer needs, analyze customer needs and feedback;
- Product functional design and user experience design, output corresponding product design documents and prototype materials, design products that meet user expectations.
- Complete the planning and continuous improvement of system products;
- Need to frequently communicate with the Chinese product team remotely to ensure the accuracy of all information collected, synchronize the latest progress information from both sides.

- Master the POD industry knowledge, with on-demand customized class industry related work experience (cross-border e-commerce);
- Clear logical thinking, good at abstract analysis of business scenarios, from a variety of complex scenarios to strip the essence of the business;
- Strong learning ability, ability to think differently, good at product analysis and summarization, familiar with product operation, with product innovation consciousness and user perspective;
- Have good cross-team communication, communication expression and coordination ability, strong stress resistance, strong sense of responsibility and strong execution;
- Plus points, know IT technology and software development, understand the latest technology trends, can skillfully use the database to query data;
- Good conversational and written English
