Product Owner (Agile, English)

ArctX LLC is seeking a qualified and experienced Product Owner to join our team.
The Product Owner is responsible for the overall vision of products, identifying the product requirements for the development team, managing various backlog items, and deciding which features each product will have according to the client's preferences.

• Collaborate with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements.
• Create a product road map based on the vision, data insights and execute the project from start to end.

Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analysts, design, engineering, and user enablement for overseeing all stages of product creation.

• Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize them based on changing requirements.
• Liaise with the product team and end-users to deliver updates.
• Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage, and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investments.
• Work with user-focused departments to define the self-service user experience, support, and monitoring for customers.
• Define and execute go-to-market plans, ensuring that product management, marketing, and sales have what they need to succeed.
• Work in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.
