We are looking for a Project Coordinator that provides project coordinating support that works closely with squad team members or various stakeholders to help deliver business programs or key initiatives efficiently and effectively.
The Project Coordinator manages the administrative tasks, such as documentation and information distribution, report collation and communication support. As such, a Project Coordinator would require having excellent communication skills, the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships, and experience meeting hard deadlines.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Planning
- Plan meetings and maintain complex and changing calendars, while working through scheduling roadblocks.
- Draft and prepare updates to Project Director or other stakeholders.
2. Executing
- Frequently liaise with senior level internal stakeholders and/or external stakeholders (if any), prioritize all forms of communications, deal with routine issues and coordinate complex responses ensuring these are delivered in a timely and effective manner.
- Perform ordering, billing and bookkeeping tasks as per project/program or initiative requirement to complete assigned tasks on time and operate within the budget limits.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and provide insights
- Organize, attend, and participate in meetings or events and follow-up until closure.
3. Monitoring and Control
- Identify issues within the organization and initiate or facilitate meaningful discussion that address business challenges
- Make decisions regarding short-terms priorities and work activities.
- Maintain efficient and effective tracking of internal approvals or follow-up and ensure all documentation (PR, PO, GR, invoices, contracts and others) is organized using approved internal systems.

1. Technical competencies
- Bachelor’s Degree, no working experience is required
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication from Vietnamese to English and vice versa (required)
- Familiar on Google productivity tools and communication tools (Slack, Webex, Google Meet) is highly preferred
- Basic knowledge in data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio is highly preferred.
2. Functional competencies
- Able to work full-time, at office
- Open-minded, can-do attitude with a high degree of stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Highly organized and the ability to manage a variety of high priority projects from multiple management and professional levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manner and be extremely proactive even in an ambiguous environment.
- Desire to grow and take on your own projects.
