- Ability to analyze and organize customer requirements
- Discuss changes with requirements in consultation
- Manage project activities (Initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure)
- Share and report of project status (Internal, External)
- Risk management
- Share and design of development requirements
- Know how to manage work, teams, clients and report
- Responsible to assist team for skill development and enhancement
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer-related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in software project development
- At least 1 year of experience as a Software/IT Project Manager
- Experience in project estimation, budget control, human management and risk management
- Knowledge about hardware, network devices, OS(Windows/Linux) is a big plus.
- Strong problem solving, negotiation, analytical & well-organized skills.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Good at English to communicate with Korean Managers
