Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders, engineering team and designers to define project objectives, guide projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time and to the desired quality standards. This position is also opportunity for those aspiring to become Product Managers, providing hands-on experience and guidance in the field of AI-powered products.
IN DETAIL, YOUR SUCCESS IN THIS JOB WILL BE
- Effectively conducting project planning, including scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management;
- Coordinating cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to completion;
- Precisely managing project timelines, and resources, while closely monitoring progress;
- Implementing and maintaining project management best practices, and tools, emphasizing on Agile approaches;
- Tracking, analyzing project performance and reporting key metrics to stakeholders to form data-driven decisions;
- Facilitating effective stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment of project objectives with business goals;
- Skillfully navigating complex challenges to keep projects on track;
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED FOR SUCCESS IN THIS JOB
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, or a related field; PMP certification or relevant advanced degree is a plus;
- Proven track record with Project management, demonstrating success in managing one or many digital projects in parallel. The designated title will be assigned in accordance with your experience;
- Strong expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with a focus on agile project management approaches;
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven proposals;
- Outstanding communication (both Vietnamese and English) and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging and influencing various stakeholders;
- Demonstrated ability to balance business objectives, user needs, and technical considerations in decision-making;
- Preferred experience in international and fast-paced environments;
- A passion for technology and a strong understanding of project management principles;
- Last but not least, eagerness to learn and transition into product management, this role offers extensive exposure to AI-driven product development and a pathway to grow into a full-fledged Product Manager.
