- Engage with internal key users in cross-functional teams to comprehend business processes and assist users in defining the scope, while aiding developers in understanding the requirements.
- Collaborate with external software development teams for software development.
- Manage timeline of deliveries and ensure they meet expectation.
- Facilitate and support users in conducting User Acceptance Tests.
- Create and update product documentation and release notes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize user stories (user requirements) and necessary bug fixes to align with business goals.
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring it is current and updated in line with the company’s goals and objectives.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience with Agile methodology in project delivery and familiarity with the waterfall methodology. A professional certificate is a plus.
- 6+ years of experience in IT product management, project management, and business analysis.
- Experience collaborating with external software development teams.
- Experience managing project or product development with multiple key users in cross-functional teams with varying priorities.
- Robust project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English for business communication and user interaction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
