Employment Status : Full time (initially for 1 year, and option annual extension then on)
Working location: Farmington and Livonia in Michigan, hybrid of onsite and remote according to the customer's requirement.
Start Date: earliest May 2023
Employment Eligibility: Work Permission in US
Schedule: Monday- Friday 9-5
Responsibilities
- This position is full-time dispatched personnel to one of our customers
- Coordinate between the person in charge of IT and each department in the company to create RPA projects
- Conduct initial hearing<.> of RPA candidate projects from each department/user and put into documentation(flow chart, swim lane chart, and summary of flow, etc.)
- Support the creation of no-code and low-code (i.e. Microsoft Power platform) development projects other than RPA
- Outreach actively to internal departments and users under the supervision of the IT manager.
- Support users to accelerate civil development and escalate to KDDI Apps team as needed and
Provide user training for no-code/low-code development - Manage various projects and prepare documentation
- Support for IT managers involved in the upstream process of the application business
- The RPA consultants and developers will take over the work after the initial hearings.

- Language requirement : English/Japanese bilingual preferred, native level of English is must
- Hybrid commuting to Farmington Hills and Livonia and business trip to out of State a few times in a month
- Minimum 2 years of programming experience and minimum 3 years of project management experience
- General understanding of business applications for manufacturing such as ERP, EDI, PDM, MES, MRP, CRM, SCM, design, quality, accounting, etc.
- BS in computer degree or equivalent work experience
