- Discussing potential projects and their parameters with clients, executives, and software developers.
- Working closely with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects and quality assurance and Director. Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.
- Oversee the entire project/product development process – from start to delivery.
- Creating a project budget and ensuring the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible.
- Determining project requirements and providing project estimates and timelines.
- Managing project scope before, during and post-delivery.
- Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
- Delegating daily and weekly tasks to technical team members.
- Solving issues and developing workarounds and alternative solutions.
- Overseeing deployments and new releases.
- Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
- Coaching and motivating team members.
- Other tasks assigned.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, information technology, software development management, software engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent technical knowledge.
- Having knowledge or experience in the fields of Finance, Banking, Enterprise is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.
- Experience in Web Service (RESTful, SOAP) and knowledge of queue processing (Active MQ, IBM MQ).
- Proficient in version control systems: Git, SVN.
- Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques.
- Good job management, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Able to work under high-pressure and tight deadlines.
Language skills:
- Vietnamese (Fluent Native)
- English (Mid-level)
