The Project Manager is responsible for organizing the Software Development team and managing the development process of the software project. The Project Manager reports to the Delivery Manager on all matters related to software projects.
Expectation:
- To manage software development projects including but not limited to project planning, resource management, risk management, and quality management.
- Involvement in gathering requirements, providing estimation, and planning.
- Monitor project quality, ensure the team meets the deadlines, or escalate any problems if the plan can’t be kept.
- Ensure the team follows the Scrum process, and conducts Sprint Planning, Daily Meetings, Sprint Retrospective and other meetings/ events if needed.
- Raise issues to the appropriate level of managers.
- Guide and train team members on software development & other supporting processes.
- Organize a united team where all team members can communicate & contribute to assigned activities.
- Produce activity reports for all operations of the team (monthly, weekly & ad-hoc)
- Participate in the quarterly checkpoint and annual review for all project members
- Perform other tasks requested by BOD
- Coordinate with BOD for resource staffing requests.
- Coordinate with the IT/Admin department for infrastructure setup, network connectivity, office space, etc.
- Coordinate with the QA group to define/tailor the software development process to make sure that the projects meet clients’ requirements & satisfaction.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 5 years of working experience in Software Development and 3 years in the PM role.
- A Scrum Master certificate and experience working in a Scrum team are a must.
- Project management skill is a must.
- Have knowledge about software development lifecycle and estimation methods.
- Fluent English to communicate directly with native speakers
- Good at Time Management and Problem Solving skills
- Very good at Communication and Representation.
- High sense of organization and responsibility
- Interpersonal skill, and also to be able to work independently.
Prefer:
- Software programming languages and business analysis skills are a plus
