- Create skill matrix and training plan for project members

- Develop and implement the human resource development plan for an account, or project lines in the long term
- Recruit and provide resources to projects

- Create resource plan as Customer's requirement
- Communication Management
- Create plan of milestone/stage reporting to Senior Manager, Customer

- Make decision on action taken on organization issues affecting the projects
- Procurement Management
- Create the list of necessary devices, equipment
- Give explanation to Senior, Customer about the necessary devices, equipment
- Prepare devices, equipment (borrowing, buying)
- Pre-sales
- Gather functional and non-functional requirements, analyze requirements to select appropriate technical solutions
- Assess the complexity and feasibility of project
- Plan and estimate project work. Develop proposal and support to make a bid for the project
- Consult solutions and best choices to customers and negotiate them to win the project
- Review the contract, follow and track the project against contractual terms
- Do other tasks requested by Senior Manager

1. Skills and Experience
- Good knowledge at software engineering and SDLC
- Deep understanding of project management models (PMBOK, CMMI)
- Software development methods (Agile, Scrum, RUP)
- Very good at team management skill
- Very good at planning and organizing skills
- Very good at problem-solving skills
- Very good at communication skills
- Good English command (reading, listening, speaking, and writing)
- Familiar with project management tools: MS Project, Jira, Trello, Basecamp,...
- Minimum of 3 years of management/ leadership experience in a software development organization required
- At least 5 years experience working through the design, development, release cycle, and delivering software products to market
- Records of successful delivery of software applications as an individual, team leader and/or development manager
