QA Automation Test Manager (Tester/Selenium/API)

As part of our Development team, your mission is to stay on top of the latest releases, contribute to projects, and deliver the best quality solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop test scripts, test conditions, input test data, and expected results for one or more test plans, including component, assembly, product, performance, user acceptance and technical architecture tests.
• Studies processes, documents the flow and identifies opportunities to automate, or eliminate steps leading to improved turn-around-time.
• Collaborate with business Leaders in conceptualizing new technology platforms, technical strategic decisions, products or solutions and own the technology development roadmap
• Maintains quality assurance staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job result.
• Manages a team that designs, develops, tests, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.
• Delivers high quality products and ensure that best practices and sound Engineering principals are applied in all phases of the Software testing Life Cycle.
• Create and communicate an overall vision for quality within the company, setting goals and recommending organizational changes to achieve these goals.
• Build a testing team of professionals with appropriate skills, attitudes and motivation and competent and right skilled resources for delivering test projects efficiently
• Conducts reviews of testing performed on projects and provide recommendations as required.
• Knowledge of QA and testing standards, methodologies, test automation tools and processes.
