Job Summary:
We are seeking for a QA/QC in Software Engineering with a focus on passion, high ownership, strong manual testing background, and automation testing as a plus. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing test cases to identify and report defects, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Demonstrate a high level of ownership and commitment to delivering high-quality software products.
2. Design and execute comprehensive manual test cases and test scenarios to validate software functionality, usability, and performance across various platforms and environments.
3. Analyze and document software defects, providing detailed reports and recommendations for resolution.
4. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure effective test coverage.
5. Participate in test planning, test strategy development, and test case review meetings.
6. Contribute to the development and maintenance of automation test scripts and frameworks (a plus but not mandatory).
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a strong focus on manual testing.
3. Proven experience in designing and executing test cases, identifying defects, and documenting test results.
4. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
6. Experience with automation testing tools and scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Python, Java) is a plus.
7. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
8. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software products.
9. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
