Smilegate Vietnam
Entering the Vietnam market from 2023, Smilegate Vietnam's mission is to provide stable development & operation of the Smilegate platform and services, expanding beyond the development center to the region and expanding into an Asian hub.
What the role involves:
The QA/QC Leader handles supervising the operations of the QA/QC department and its personnel. Their role involves the creation, application, and maintenance of a quality and reliability testing system for the organization’s products and developmental procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing Quality Standards: handle developing and maintaining the company’s quality standards. Design, implement, and improve the company’s current quality standards.
- Planning and Development: formulate and implement testing methods/strategies to enhance productivity.
- Determining Metrics: prepare documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends within the company. This includes failed processes, stability studies, recalls, and corrective actions.
- Team Building: play a vital role in the recruitment process. train, motivate, and coach employees to ensure that standards are met.
- Coordinating Departments: monitor activity across teams and identify bottlenecks to ensure that all features work in harmony with each other.

Requirements:
- More than 12 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a QA Manager or Leader role.
- Has experience leading a team of at least 10 members.
- Ability to understand and analyze software life cycles to improve and apply processes.
- At least bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering or has equivalent practical experience.
- Deep understanding of quality assurance methodologies and standards.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing test strategies.
- Adept problem-solver with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Experience in automation testing is a plus.
- Proficient in simplifying complex concepts.
- Experience with large-scale systems or platforms.
- Fluent in business English
Nice to have:
- Proficiency in the Korean language is a plus.
