Mô Tả Công Việc
- Define testing plan, write, execute and maintain test cases.
- Set up automation test and know how to use popular automation testing tools
- Estimate and perform testing following test plans. Align and report testing status with development on a daily basis.
- Analyze the results of testing, submit defect reports, and lead the triage of defect reports to ensure that they are properly prioritized and assigned.
- Implement and maintain the testing process to ensure both the development team and engineer team stays on the same page and issues are solved efficiently.
- Follow up on requests from the development team.
- Ensure effective internal and external communication. Proactively implement initiatives to enhance test processes and foster collaboration between internal and external QA teams.
- Analyze and clarify internal/ external client’s requirements;
- Analyze and provide models and solutions based on collected requirements;
- Advice from a professional perspective based on analysis and research.
- Communicate the content, support project members, and manage the project to meet business’s expectation;
- Documentation of the system manuals.
- Organize instruction, support for users to use the product and troubleshoot when problems occur.
- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

- Log tracing, SQL scripts
- Communication & Teamwork
- API testing skills
***Ability:
- Working with Work Management Tool: Jira, Zephyr Scale, Firebase, or Notion
