Quality Assurance /Tester

Key skills and experience required: 

• 4 years for testers and 7+ years for test leads
• Professional testing experience in software development projects, including: functional testing, systems testing, integration testing, regression testing, automated testing, security testing, and performance testing,... 
• Ability to carefully follow use cases and technical requirements 
• Candidates must be flexible, logical thinking and self-motivated 
• Must have strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a team
• Basic database skills are required 
   For test lead
• Able to provide a test plan or test strategy 
• Must be seen as a leader and mentor to junior testers 
• Review test cases and test reports from junior testers 
• Strong time management skills 
• Good English communication skills 
  Preferred skills and experience: 
• Experience with Agile methodologies 
• Professional business analysis experience 
• Strong experience with automation frameworks and tools 
•  Experience with Java/C testing framework processes and tools are a plus
• Strong experience with Selenium, JMeter, SOA test and others 
• Knowledge of scripting language (PHP, JavaScript, etc.) will be an asset 
• Mobile application testing for iOS and Android
