R&D Technical Manager (JavaScript, Golang)

As the Research and Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading the Vietnam R&D team from scratch (0 to 1), ensuring high-quality software development and delivery. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet business requirements. You will need solid software development skills and excellent leadership abilities to guide team members and foster teamwork.

• Lead and manage the R&D team, including recruitment, training, performance management, and team building.
• Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality software products that meet business requirements and technical standards.
• Design and implement technical architecture to ensure system reliability, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other team members to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable development plans.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, resolving complex technical problems;
• Ensure the team supplies best practices and emerging technologies, maintains sensitivity to technology trends, and provides corresponding training and advice;
• Manage project progress and resource allocation to ensure that the project proceeds as planned and report project progress in a timely manner.
