- Lead integration efforts for clients, providing technical support and troubleshooting complex integration issues.
- Communicate actively with clients’ developers and project managers, ensuring a smooth integration process.
- Collaborate with the Gateway team and Trading Engineering group to identify, prioritize, and resolve API-related and trading bugs.
- Work with the Product Engineering group to develop, test, and refine our SDK and other client-facing systems.
- Conduct internal integration testing and ensure documentation is accurate and comprehensive.
- Contribute to the overall development of the Gateway roadmap within the Trading Engineering group.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of a robust bug tracking and reporting system.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the integration process, ensuring it is efficient and client-friendly.
- Enhance developer documentation with detailed steps, code examples, and comprehensive guides.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in API gateway development, integration engineering, or support engineering at an API-first company — or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Golang, Python, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of API architecture and testing tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
