Since 2000, Microtel Technology has been in the forefront of providing Customer Engagement Solution (CES) in the region. We provide a wide array of CES ranging from Contact Center Infrastructure, Unified Communications, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Solutions. We are now looking for motivated and driven individuals to join our dynamic team in Microtel.
Responsibilities
- Handle technical support issues of Microtel Solutions.
- Able to analyze, troubleshoot and isolate the raised issues.
- Analyse process/program specifications & translate specifications to program codes, conforming to program guidelines and programming best practices.
- Work closely with clients and create innovative solutions to meet company’s technical needs.
- Assist in the integration testing, system testing, User Acceptance Test & implementation activities.
- Conduct research on project related topics if required.
- Good communication skills both in oral and written.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related technology.
- Good knowledge in technology (ASP .NET 7.0 or above, .Net Core & C#).
- Good knowledge in PostgreSQL programming and administration.
- Good knowledge of Node.JS and TypeScript is a plus.
- Adopt Security by Design approach.
- Adopt best practice in RESTful web API design.
- Experience in microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with OpenID Connect (OIDC).
