Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Rust Developer to join our team. As a Rust Developer, you will be responsible for developing backend systems and infrastructure using Rust programming language. You will work closely with our team of developers and
engineers to build high-performance, scalable, and secure applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and infrastructure using Rust programming language.
- Work with cross-functional international teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and non-production environments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, programming languages, and frameworks related to Rust development.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- English fluency is a must – as you will work in an international team. German is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Rust programming language and microservices architecture.
- Experience in async processing & data analytics (BI) is a plus
- Experience with backend development and building RESTful/GRPC APIs.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of software development best practices, design patterns, and datastructures.
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with Git, JIRA, and Agile development methodologies is a plus.
