- Working location: Ha Noi or HCM
- First member of Ho Chi Minh Office;
- Develop nationwide business development plans, implement clear processes to support business growth;
- Set up and build business goals and strategies for periodic growth, contributing to increase revenue;
- Build KPI, commissions system for sales team
- Qualify and convert leads to opportunities, and then close the deals in pre-sale process
- Apply solution selling approach to provide products to address the customers’ underlying issues
- Make data-driven decision and reasonable proposal
- Keeping up with the latest industry developments, including market positioning of corporate competitors;
- Preparing status reports on goals;
- Manage and train the sales staff of the organization, make decisions to recruit sales staff when necessary;
- Perform work related to business papers such as business contracts, invoices, business documents, revenue - profit reports, ...
- Conduct sales performance forecasting and analysis, report to Japanese Managers;
- Collaborate with marketing department and other related departments
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduated from University (prefer majors in Business Administration, Marketing or other related majors);
- At least 5 – year experience in Sales or Business Development;
- Over 3 years of experience at Manager position;
- At least 2 – year experience in sales Saas;
- Strength at strategic planning and implementation;
- Good successful negotiation, skills to grasp market trends;
- Good communication, problem problems solving skills, negotiation and persuasion skills;
- Enthusiastic, dynamic, honest and be able to work independently;
- Good logical thinking, analytical skill;
- Ready to go business trip;
- English: Business Level;
