Introduce and offer the company’s services to customers, give them a proper consultation and the services’ quotations to get order closing via live chat after taking on customers from the Marketing team
Receive customers’ technical requests and transfer them to the technical support team
Cooperate with the technical support team in identifying, reporting and resolving technical problems arising when customers use the service
Follow potential customers after live chat via email
Daily report the new customer list and personal revenue to the manager

Proficient in English speaking and writing skills: Ielts 6.0 or Toeic 750
Willing to engage in more work shifts.
Self-study, independent work and good teamwork skills
Experience in sales, basic IT knowledge, and an ecommerce website is an advantage.
