Implement training programs for Sales team / Consultant periodically.
Support sales team on products, sales consulting process.
Analyze training needs and develop training programs for the Sales team.
Participate in and support the implementation of Sales programs and activities.
Development of new training materials and training assessment tools.
Demo, internal training, improve faculty capacity in the department.
Participate in training projects & other jobs from Sales Training Manager.
Ensure compliance standards and service quality for customers.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
At least 2 years in a similar position, preferably candidates with sales experience
Prior work experience in Ecommerce/ Technical is preferred
Fluent in English: Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking skills
Good presentation and communication skills
Ability to design and develop training programs.
Analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing and conflicting deadlines
