About us:
The Capgemini Global Service Line entitled Digital Customer Experience (DCX) helps organizations understand and implement business-focused digital capabilities within the right transformation framework. We aim to fundamentally change how businesses operate and serve their customers, enabling digitally mature organizations to improve customer advocacy and drive growth. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in embedding digital customer experiences into the heart of organizations, transforming their business models, and driving digital initiatives from the back end to the front line.
Responsibilities:
- Implement: Configure and develop on the Salesforce platform based on design specifications, utilizing Salesforce low-code and pro-code tools such as Flow, Apex, Visualforce Page, LWC, etc.
- Testing: Perform unit testing and provide support during integration and user acceptance testing sessions.
- Deployment: Prepare deployment packages and support the Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CICD) team, or execute deployments following deployment packages.
- Maintenance: Continuously support bug fixing and handle admin change requests.

Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science, or related program is preferred.
- At least 6 months of hands-on experience in Salesforce low-code or pro-code (Apex, LWC (lightning web component), Aura, VFP). Knowledge in system integration (REST & SOAP) is a plus.
- However, this role is open to CRM and non-Salesforce candidates with Java, .NET, Ruby, or PHP skills (at least 1 year of experience).
- Good English communication both written and spoken.
- Team player and creative problem solver.
- Salesforce Developer Certification (SFDC Certifications) is a great advantage.
Additional Information:
- Candidates will go through 2 interviews: Round 1 with HR and Round 2 with Techlead, both conducted in 100% English.
