Sample Room Manager

Job SummaryThe Sample Room Manager is responsible for developing patterns and overseeing sample production based on buyer specifications. Key Responsibilities• Develop accurate patterns based on tech packs or buyer specifications.Review and adjust samples to ensure proper fit, construction, and functionality.• Interpret and incorporate buyer comments and feedback into revised samples and patterns.• Lead and supervise the sample room team, including pattern makers, cutters, and sewing operators.• Plan and manage the sample production schedule to meet strict deadlines.• Coordinate the sourcing and usage of fabric, trims, and accessories needed for sampling.• Oversee all stages of sample development (Proto, SMS, PPS, Fit samples, etc.).• Collaborate closely with technical, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth handover to bulk production.• Maintain detailed records of patterns, sample versions, and technical documents.
