YOU WILL: - Customer Support: Receive support request via our ticketing system. Review issues and contact customers to understand and resolve their issues. - Issue Resolution: Analyze problems and develop solutions using log analysis and proprietary tools. Resolve or escalate multiple and varied customer issues. Document technical work and research. - Collaboration: Work with resources from other relevant teams and departments to resolve customer issues. - Training: Attend readiness and non-technical training to become proficient in support topics. - Product/Process Improvement: Provide feedback to improve products and identify potential defects for escalation. - Process Adherence: Follow business-provided processes and attend case triage meetings, team meetings to collaborate and share ideas.
