- Conduct research to define market penetration strategies;
- Generate and manage sales pipeline;
- Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure reaching the revenue target;
- Manage and review internal sales process compliance;
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships;
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals;
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients;
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 2-5 years of experience in Sales/ Account Manager for foreign markets. Prefer candidates having experience in IT field;
- Excellent in English (equivalent to IELTS 7.0++) or Japan ( JLPT >N2) or Korean ( Topik 6)
- Strong listening and questioning skills, outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills;
- Disciplined time management and ability to work under pressure;
- Excellent proposal writing, project management and analytical skills;
- Able to analyze results and identify and explain any variances from targets.
