Senior Back-end Dev (PHP/Python/Laravel) from $2000

Qualifications:

• Responsible for the back-end development of the company's projects. 
• Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems.
• Build high-quality reusable code and libraries for future use as needed.
• Optimize web applications (APIs) for performance and scalability.
• Handle the code-reviewing for team members, or peer-reviewing
• Write and maintain related documents for the optimization of the project
• Lead the team members
  • Lead and train the junior team members, address any technical issues that occur, and communicate and follow up with the team to drive the resolution
  • Supervise members’ tasks to make sure it has complied with the Definition of Done
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Technical Skills:

• Proficient understanding of OWASP security principles
• Proficiency in PHP (and/or Python, a plus)
• Knowledgeable in relevant frameworks such as Laravel and ThinkPHP
• Understand clearly the code-convention for specific language (such as PHP) and framework (such as Laravel).
• Experience with unit testing tools such as  PHPUnit.
