Senior Business Analyst (English, Fintech)

The Business Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for the development and enhancement of the banking applications. This includes working with stakeholders from across the bank to understand their needs and priorities, and translating those into clear and concise requirements that can be implemented by the development team.

The Business Analyst also plays a key role in ensuring that our application meets the bank's business objectives, regulatory requirements, and user expectations. This includes working with the development team to test the application and providing feedback on its usability and functionality.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the development and enhancement of the bank's applications
• Work with stakeholders from across the bank to understand their needs and priorities
• Translate business requirements into clear and concise specifications that can be implemented by the development team
• Ensure that the applications meets the bank's business objectives, regulatory requirements, and user expectations
• Work with the development team to test the applications and provide feedback on its usability and functionality
• Participate in the agile development process and use Jira and Confluence to track and manage requirements
