We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer who will be responsible for building and maintaining our CI/CD pipelines, managing and mentoring a team of developers, and ensuring the smooth operation of our development and production environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure, and a strong understanding of software development and deployment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable deployment of software.
- Automate and optimize deployment processes, monitoring, and infrastructure management.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
- Manage and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring high availability and performance of applications.
- Implement and maintain security best practices across all environments.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
- Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, with a strong focus on CI/CD and automation.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of developers.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with microservices architecture and orchestration.
- Knowledge of database management and optimization.
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Certification in relevant DevOps or cloud technologies.
