Job Brief/ Project Description/ Job Overview
The customer is a leading technology service provider in the Asia-Pacific region, signed a cooperation agreement to develop a technology center strategic technology in Vietnam. At the same time, the Center will also focus on developing highly specialized human resources for the customer to meet the increasing demand for digital transformation in the region. The center is expected to reach more than 3,000 employees by 2025. This is also the third strategic technology center of the customer in Asia.
They specialize in providing leading technology services in the Asia-Pacific region and is a partner of governments and businesses on the journey to promote social development with technology. With 12,000 highly qualified employees in more than 60 fields, they provide end-to-end technology services with capabilities in digital transformation, cloud computing, as well as core services for applications and infrastructure, engineering, and network security. The customer aims to build a solid partner ecosystem with leading technology companies, research institutions, and startups to drive innovation and co-creation.
Responsibilities/ Daily tasks you will take care:
- Provide thought leadership in DevOps automation engineering, continuously exploring new tools and techniques to enhance the delivery pipeline.
- Design, build and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, or other tools to manage infrastructure as code and build reusable patterns.
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to ensure high-quality code and configurations.
- Improve developer experience by implementing self-service tools to enable seamless onboarding and application deployment.
- Implement dynamic configuration management using tools such as Humanitec Score, etcd, or other similar tools to enable fast and efficient configuration changes.
- Ensure observability of the delivery pipeline, using monitoring and alerting tools such as New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, or other similar tools to monitor the health of the CI/CD pipeline and infrastructure.

Requirements/ Desired skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in DevOps, Automation, or related field.
- Extensive experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, etc.
- Expertise in designing and implementing infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform.
- Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with dynamic configuration management tools like Hashicorp Vault and Consul, etc0, Humanitec.
- Experience with observability tools like New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
- Experience with deployment gating and policy engines to promote code from development to production.
- Strong knowledge of cyber cloud security practices and tools like Snyk, Akamai, SonarQube, etc.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a proven track record of leading and growing high-performance engineering teams
- Must have: Good English communication
