Senior Fullstack (ReactJS/NodeJS/AWS) Up to $3800 Gross

Core purpose

To deliver working software to enable the company to achieve business outcomes.
You will be working in a team and will be promoting good software development practices and helping to technically uplift the team.

What you will be required to do?
• Work closely with the Product Manager, Principal Developer, and relevant stakeholders to research, design, plan and implement solutions to meet the business objectives and outcomes.
• Identify limitations with the current technology systems, design or processes and suggest solutions.
• Be involved in the entire SDLC and lead by example by producing excellent quality solutions and ownership of the code delivered.
• Effectively communicate with relevant team members on the project deliverables from start to finish.
• Work on any project/solution and align the focus with the business outcomes.
• Contribute to the enhancement of technical standards and quality and ensure they are being followed.
• Full stack software development including front-end design and implementation and be willing to cross-skill and work on every part of the process/product.
• Some mentoring/coaching of more junior engineers and knowledge sharing. Actively promote good software development practices.
