Role Purpose A senior technical expert focused on end-to-end delivery of the AlinIQ Digital Health applications. Core responsibilities of this role include complex deliveries, escalation management, and being a subject matter expert for their peers. Along with the technical aptitude, this role is client facing and individuals need to also possess excellent communication, critical thinking, and other soft skills to ensure high client satisfaction. Key Accountabilities - Become a trusted advisor to customers- Identify customer needs, propose solutions, manage and resolve complex problems- Provide feature/ product enhancement input based on customer feedback- Maintain and assume accountability for a culture of high customer service- Execute project work plans with a focus on timely completion & risk mitigation; ability to lead lessons learned workshops, share knowledge and drive continuous improvement- Track and report on assigned project aspects on a regular basis; serve as escalation point- Configure and integrate products to customer specifications; train customer end-users and technical teams; Provide customer support assistance, as needed- Revise and keep up to date, all project documents and systems of record- Provide technical and solutions leadership and drive upskilling of technical talent- Participate in team and customer meetings effectively- Be available for potential shift work and travel to client sites up to 80% of the time

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Medical or Hospital Informatics or related disciplines- 3~5 years of experience installing, configuring and/ or maintaining diagnostics laboratory informatics applications or relevant comparable experience- Sound understanding of diagnostics laboratory workflows and related technologies- Relevant hands-on experience and technical expertise in implementing, configuring and integrating laboratory information systems, middleware and/or analyzer management systems, or inventory management systems used in diagnostics laboratories- Demonstrated technical proficiency and leadership in solutions design, systems architecture, implementation planning, problem resolution, et al, specifically with regards one or more laboratory systems mentioned earlier, and delivering customer value- Proven ability to execute assigned tasks with a high degree of commitment and quality, independently, with ownership and accountability for solving complex problems- Experience database management and healthcare interface experience or relevant comparable experience- Excellent customer facing skills; strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate at different levels of the organization- Attention to detail and a concern for quality; action oriented for solving problems- Able to innovate and willing to bring ideas forward, mitigate/ resolve escalated issues- Direct leadership experience
