- Demonstrate knowledge of professional software engineering practices spanning the full development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, operation, and monitoring.
- Hold a minimum of 5+ years of experience in software development; however, exceptional candidates with fewer years of experience will also be considered.
- Ideally, have 3+ years of experience in Java; proficiency in other general-purpose programming languages is also welcomed.
- Exhibit an understanding of system design and optimization for high performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Demonstrate practical experience with microservices architecture.
- Possess experience with event-driven architecture or message queue systems.
- Have professional experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Maintain a working proficiency in English for effective communication.
