Responsibilities
- Technical Lead for one or several sub-teams (up to 10 team members).
- Create/manage architecture design for the project.
- Communicate with the Client(s).
- Coordinate technical issues resolution.
- Planning, estimation, and task management.
- Documentation creation.
- Regular reporting and task reprioritization based on the Client's request.

Requirement
- Experience of at least 4 years in relevant roles with a minimum of 2 years of c/c++ with systems development.
- Experience in Hypervisor/Embedded development is a MUST.
- Experience in C and C++/low level development is a MUST.
- Experience in Linux Application development and Networking is a MUST.
- Implementation of automated testing platforms and unit tests
- Ability to find complex software defects and implementing fixes and workarounds.
- A positive open minded problem solver
- Good undertaking of Design principles.
- Experience in container technology and Kubernetes eco systems
- Very solid understanding of developing application in Linux based system.
- Excellent debugging skills is desirable.
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Ability to build effective teams, motivate and direct staff
- At least an Upper-Intermediate+ level of English (MUST).
