- Analyze requirements, design, programming and perform testing based on design.
- Resolves technical issues through debugging, research and investigation.
- Lead a team of developers and provide technical guidance and mentorship.
- Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and scope.
- Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and efficiency.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend innovative solutions.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, Python, Java, JavaScript…
- Experience working with AWS services is a big plus
- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Extensive experience with web application development frameworks (e.g., Spring, Django, React…).
- Deep understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
