Senior Officer, PD Planning (Temp 6 Months)

• Taking part in incentive/ contest/ compensation planning process: analyze data, cost projection, management approval submission, prepare/issue contest memos to stakeholdersRoles and Responsibilities• Budget control and expenses tracking: provide compensation tracking reports• Work with IT to implement systems for sales tracking and performance monitoring• Working with the relevant department to get more insight of the business; Liaise with the Sales department to get and understand clearly their requirement• Work with legal and compliance teams to maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure distribution operations meet industry standards• Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and communication initiatives for the distribution team• Other jobs as requested
