KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Process Analysis & Improvement: - Build the process improvement backlog in Jira by working closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and align on process improvements - Analyze existing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement (As-is process analysis)- Collaborate with stakeholders to design improved workflows and propose process changes (To-be process) that optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency- Support/ drive process implementation and track progress of improvement initiatives- Monitor the impact of implemented changes, run retrospectives to record/share lessons learnt and help determine success metrics2. Change Management Support: - Work closely with Change Management team to ensure that the new process is implemented, and any related documentation is updated Other related duties as required and assigned
