As a Product Manager of offerings, you will play a pivotal role in defining, developing, and managing the lifecycle of our Generative AI Product. You will be responsible for understanding market needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the product strategy to deliver innovative and customer-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Vision:
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
- Roadmap Planning:
- Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines the short-term and long-term development plans.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer impact, business value, and strategic objectives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive and successful product development process.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and idea sharing.
- Requirements Definition:
- Clearly articulate product requirements through user stories, wireframes, and specifications.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure a shared understanding of product goals and user needs.
- Product Development:
- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
- Drive the agile development process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of features and updates.
- User Experience and Design:
- Champion a user-centric approach, collaborating with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Iterate on product designs based on user feedback and data analytics.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor product performance against these metrics.
- Analyze user data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Product Launch and Marketing:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling product messaging and positioning.
- Support go-to-market strategies for new product releases, ensuring successful launches.
- Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to gather insights, address concerns, and identify future opportunities.
- Act as a customer advocate within the organization.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, technologies, and industry trends.
- Experience of working for a Global Product & exhibit clear ownership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Minimum 10 years in Product management experience.
