(Senior) Product Owner

We are looking for experienced (Senior) Product Owner to join our VinID product & Marketing Targeted Platform (MTP) (Martech) team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at a well-established and leading start-up in Vietnam as One Mount Group and you will be part of VinID - A digitalized ecosystem via a super App with diverse utilities from retails, E-commerce to Financial services serving people’s end-to-end needs in their daily activities.

Marketing Targeted Platform (MTP) is a cutting-edge technology that provides businesses with a comprehensive solution for managing, optimizing, and automating their communication channels and interactive content. 

• By combining a full and personalized view of the customer journey through various touchpoints, MTP helps businesses maximize profits and reduce marketing spend by targeting, personalizing, and delivering the right message to the right customer at the right time. 
• It also enables businesses to manage and control the frequency of their messaging to enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:
The Senior Product Owner is responsible for working with customers (internal and external) to develop solutions to challenging business problems and opportunities. They works with the customer to fully flesh out ideas, helping them to understand key business integration points as well as any tradeoffs that may exist. The PO works to translate the customers requirements into Agile story form for implementation by our development team. Finally, the PO acts as a subject matter expert throughout a project to ensure that any questions from the technical or customer teams are answered in a timely fashion.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Own and drive the development of the Marketing Targeted Platform (MTP)
• Gather data through a combination of observational assessments, process mapping, stakeholder interviews and contextual data sources
• Analyze large amounts of data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities that will inform the development of the MTP and help improve business objectives
• Work closely with our development team to prioritize and deliver new features
• Collaborate with our operation and marketing teams to understand the needs of our customers
• Presenting finding to clients and internal stakeholders through dashboards, ensuring that the MTP meets the needs of our stakeholder and aligns with our business objectives.
