- Define (for domain use cases) & Train Agile way of working for newcomers and projects
- Train Scrum Masters (ScM) and Product Owners (PO)
- Mentor members and teams understand and apply the best practices of Scrum into the team’s daily work
- Coach members and teams agile mindset to ensure the adoption of best practices stays on track with agile techniques and fine-tune behaviors
- Lead agile workshops for Scrum teams, the organization.
- Support and guide POs, Scrum teams, ScMs to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Build and evaluate the maturity of Scrum teams and identify team’s improvements
- Support stakeholders in building a performance evaluation system for POs and ScMs
- Involve the process of selecting potential ScMs and POs for teams
- Establish and maintain an Agile Community of Practice
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- 3+ years of experience in agile development methodologies at scale, specifically Scrum, Lean, and/or Kanban.
- Expertise in Agile (Scrum) development methodologies.
- Expertise in presentation and consultancy skill
- Excellent coaching and facilitation skills.
- Experience with Jira or a similar issue-tracking tool.
- Experience with JIRA Align is a big plus.
- Experience in Scale Agile Framework is a plus.
- Strong Leadership, Communication, Negotiation skill
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to lead/handle multiple assignments.
